Who We’re Looking For
Caring is the qualification. We’ll teach the rest.
If you have patience, dependability, and a real love for older adults, you’re already most of the way there. Certifications are welcome, but not required — we train.
- Patience, warmth and respect for the people we serve
- Reliability — families count on you showing up
- Registered California Home Care Aide, or willingness to register (we’ll walk you through it)
- Clean fingerprint background check and TB clearance
- Reliable transportation; valid California driver’s license preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish or Tagalog) is a plus
- Experience with dementia care, hospice support or residential care is a plus — not required
