Pay: $20–$30+ per hour, depending on client care needs.

Requirements: 18+, registered California Home Care Aide (or willingness to register — we’ll walk you through it), clean fingerprint background check, TB clearance, reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license preferred, English required, Spanish or Tagalog a plus.

What you’ll do: Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, mobility support), meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, companionship, and basic dementia care support.

What you’ll do: Overnight monitoring, assistance with bathroom trips and repositioning, medication reminders, gentle reassurance for clients with dementia or sundowning, and thorough handoff notes for the morning caregiver.

Good fit for: Caregivers who prefer a quieter shift, and those with school or daytime family obligations.

What you’ll do: Provide skilled, patient care for clients with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Use redirection and validation techniques, manage sundowning, and support family members through progression stages.

Good fit for: Caregivers who’ve worked memory care before, or who want to specialize and grow with us.

Pay: $22–$32+ per hour, depending on client care needs.
