Competitive, transparent pay
$20–$30+ per hour in the Coachella Valley and $22–$32+ per hour in Orange County and Los Angeles, depending on each client’s care needs. We’ll tell you your rate before you accept the shift — not after.
This work is hard. We know that. Our job is to make yours — the person doing the caring — feel supported, respected, and paid fairly for the skill you bring.
Caring Hearts has been family-owned and operated for over 25 years. We’re a small, close-knit office — not a call center — so when you phone in, someone who knows your name and your clients picks up. Our scheduler works with you on the hours you need, and you’ll never be just a number on a roster.
It also means we’re not chasing quarterly growth targets set by investors in another state. We grow when we can hire the right people and take care of the ones already on our team.

Every home care company says “we take care of our caregivers.” Here’s what that looks like day-to-day.

Days, nights, weekends, overnights. Tell us what you can work, and we’ll build around it — not the other way around.
Dementia care, fall prevention, safe transfers, medication reminders, communication with families — practical skills you’ll use on every shift.
We try hard to keep you with the same one or two clients each week. Better for you, and better for the family you serve.
When you drive a client to appointments, errands, or outings in your own vehicle, you’re reimbursed for the mileage. Simple as that.
When you have a question at 8pm on a Tuesday, or your client’s family situation changes, our office answers. No portal, no ticket queue.
Every client is different, but a typical day might include:
Some shifts are quiet. Some days a client needs more. The best caregivers read the room and adjust. If that’s you, we want to talk.
Fair pay. Honest schedules. Training you can use. A supervisor who picks up the phone. Respect for the fact that this work takes something out of you — and gratitude for the fact that you show up anyway.
“I’ve worked at three agencies before Caring Hearts. This is the first one where I feel like management actually knows my name and cares if I’m okay.”
“I’ve been with Caring Hearts for 5 years now and they have been amazing to work with. Jenny — she handles scheduling — always listens to my requests and tries to accommodate me all the time. The pay is good and they always have clients for me.”
